1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CoinDrop ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

• Create and manage cryptocurrency wallets
• Deposit and withdraw supported cryptocurrencies
• Send tips to other Discord users
• View balances and transaction history
• Create timed airdrops for community members

3. Fees

CoinDrop charges a 0.5% fee on deposits and withdrawals. Tips between users within the platform are free of charge. All fees are clearly displayed before transactions are confirmed.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Keep your Discord account and wallet information secure
• Not use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Service

5. Wallet Security

CoinDrop generates custodial wallets for users. While we implement security measures to protect your funds, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Discord account.

6. Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are processed through direct messages for security purposes. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of withdrawal addresses. Cryptocurrency sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.

7. Supported Blockchains

CoinDrop currently supports multiple blockchains including Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Optimism, Base, Solana, Litecoin, Bitcoin, Cronos, and Banano. The list of supported chains may be updated at our discretion.

8. Pricing Data

Cryptocurrency price data is sourced from CoinGecko. While we strive for accuracy, prices displayed are indicative and may vary from actual market rates. CoinDrop is not responsible for price discrepancies.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoinDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
