Your XRP balance lives in the same CoinDrop wallet you use on Discord, Telegram, Kick, and the web, so you can deposit on one platform and tip on another. Tips between users are free; deposits and withdrawals carry a transparent 0.5% fee.
XRP deposits go to a shared address and are matched to your account by a destination tag. Always include the destination tag CoinDrop gives you, or the deposit can't be credited.
